| I've finally mustered up the courage and finally squished the procrastinating bug that's been biting my neck and have decided to make a sketchbook thread. I've been too lazy to start one up on conceptart.org so I'll do one here =) Honest feedback would be much appreciated! Here's the first image, the 2hour painting done during the Monday session. It's a Noble Sci-fi Solder Space Vampire.. I really hope I can keep producing paintings regularly xD | |

| Very nice!! Very close to what I have in mind when I write the genre. Good to see you actualy pull it off! Very detailed concept too, the armor seems half fantasy and sci fiction and they match up perfectly. I can see some hi tech in the armor especially in bottom part and middle armor part and still have fantasy/noble looking.Good job keep it up =)! | |

| This is really great, you tackled "Noble Sci-fi Soldier Vampire" concept really well. The cape make her looks totaly vampire. well umm since the painting has no color yet, the upper part looks a bit like a medi-eval armour to me. If I can see the pattern more clearly on the centre of her body (the one that looks like crysis armour pattern) I think I can define it as a sci-fi more. Maybe make some cables or a muscular elements that is controlled with high technology (Like mass effect) on the arms?
Overall is really great thought. The leg bit looks totaly scifi and cover all the sci-ficoncept. I reckon you could get a job now, I'm totally seeing a profesional work.
I will be waiting for your next work. | |

| hehe thanks HVDisc and Mirai, i might work it up a bit more when i get some time to. I would like to add those aspects you suggested Mirai But I don't think im in any way fit for competing in the real world just yet .. lots more work to be done! Oh yeah, if anyone would like to suggest a concept for me, something they'd like to see, i'd be more than happy to tackle it as i often find myself getting lazy because I can't think of anything interesting, so it'll be great at keeping me painting =) | |

| The way you've drawn the skull and the blood on this is mindblowing, I just love this concept! | |

| Something else i've been working on.. meant to be red riding hood, but it's starting to look like a generic medieval rogue or sumthing.. | |

| here's something I've been working on for my portfolio, it's just a paint over of an existing image (to save time) but the concept I am going for is a "Raven Princess". Redesigning the Princess from "The Raven" by The Brothers Grimm. The story tells of a princess that is turned into a Raven (by her Mother wishing her to) and she flies away to a forest. Torn between having a Wing or a Claw/Leg thing. I think the wing might be too cliche?? | |

| Gave her a makeshift wing, instead of an actual wing. This is some metal blades or animal bones she strapped to her arm then she bind them with some scrap netting and then stuck some feathers to make it resemble a wing. | |
